An experienced and well rounded service business professional, including:
 

  • International experience in Engineering Support, Project Management, Training and Service Management

  • Successful development, introduction and application of new business models in various European and Asian countries (including business plans, training, hiring support, finance solutions, methods and tools)

  • Build up dedicated Service Teams in Asia / Pacific and personally managed the Team in China including building up the technical support

  • Condensed all existing Services and Service Offering Set’s globally to a much smaller set, with clear definition of what is part of a Service and what the deliverables of an Service Offering Set are. This has reduced the complexity and made it much easier for countries who intended to extend their Service Offering

  • Developed and implemented a training landscape with all the necessary technical and sales trainings for the Service Organization including all the documentations

  • Build up of people networks and organized regular information exchange meetings to build up the know how amongst the organization. Collected, documented and shared best practices from the field to support other countries to achieve a higher performance and efficiency

  • Defined and established a non-financial KPI reporting amongst Europe to measure the grow of the Service Business and to increase the quality. This reporting is used by management to run their branches

  • Developing of a Service Culture program with 3 Core Values and 9 Guiding Principles. This program has been rolled out in 3 European countries and the impact can be seen in the customers Net Promoter Score
